Witness "I will sing of your steadfast love forever, O Lord, and I will proclaim your faithfulness to all generations." -- Psalm 89:1
The term "Witness" has a double meaning: when we worship, we witness the power of the living God; and when we evangelize,
we make known our experience of God in the way that a witness testifies in a courtroom. Therefore, the witness
ministries of the Wesley Foundation emcompass both our services of worship, and our evangelism efforts.
Sunday Celebration
Sundays, 11:00 AM, August 17 - December 7 (No meeting October 12, November 30)
During this traditional, yet informal, worship service, we seek to address young adults' struggle
to merge Christian existence with college life and beyond.
The "Wesley Singers" choir is led by Atlanta
Opera musician Craig Kier. Practice is on Sunday mornings from 10:00 - 10:45 AM.
Koinonia Contemporary worship
Mondays, 6:00-8:00 PM September 1-November 24 (No meeting October 13)
"Koinonia" is a Greek word that means something between "community" and "fellowship." Our time together begins at 6:00 PM with a free
dinner. Praise and worship begins at 6:30 PM.
Artos Prayer service with communion
Thursdays, 11:00 AM August 21 - December 4
Artos is the Greek word for "bread" - and during this contemplative service of prayer, you will be invited to feast on the Bread of Life as revealed in Scripture, proclaimed in song, and experienced in the context of a community gathered around the table. (Free lunch is provided.)
Wesley Words A weekly e-newsletter
Wesley Words is sent out every Thursday afternoon, to let subscribers know
that the Wesley Foundation is alive and well on the Georgia Tech campus, and to invite its readers to attend our programs.
